Refund policy

Merchandise purchased may be returned within 30 days of arrival date for a full refund. Eligible returns must be unused, have tags attached, and be smoke-free. If the merchandise is in returnable condition you will receive a full refund. Shipping charges will not be refunded, and all returns are done at the customer’s expense. All SALE items and SEASONAL items are FINAL SALE.

Please note the following:

 - All returned items must be sent back to us using the original shipping boxes and packing materials.
 - Sales of clearance items are final.
- Send returns via UPS, FedEx, or First Class mail. Country Life Mercanyile is not responsible for lost returned packages.
 - Shipping and handling charges will not be applied for an even exchange of the same item.
- However, shipping and handling charges will apply to exchanges for new items.

Refunds:

 - If your original order was paid by credit card, a credit will automatically be applied to the same credit card.

Please include the returns form that came with your original shipment or list the following information on a separate piece of paper:

 - Your name, address, and phone number
 - The product information—including item number and description
 - The reason for your return
 - The requested action you would like us to take
